The event is intended only for representatives of EUSA member associations, partner organisations and invited guests. Registration can be done online via individualised links. If you have not received the invitation or have misplaced it, please contact the EUSA Office.
Please note that maximum two delegates per NUSA can register for the event.
Important dates and deadlines:
- July 15, 2023: deadline for official Invitation to be sent to EUSA Member Associations
- July 30, 2023: deadline for the opening of the registrations
- August 29, 2023: deadline for Member Proposals and Candidatures submission
- August 29, 2023: deadline for Registration submission
- September 13, 2023: deadline for EUSA Office to send the Agenda and all the other necessary documentation to EUSA Member Associations
Participation Fees:
• Single room, single use (1 person): 600 EUR
• Double room, double use (2 persons): 450 EUR
The fees are per person and include local transport, 3 nights’ accommodation, catering, and sightseeing tour.
Payments:
100% in advance by bank transfer (preferable) until September 5, 2023. Once the registration will be done, EUSA Office will issue and send the Invoice. Payment information:
